You should plan to arrive into Bergen on Sunday June 16th 2024.
There will be an optional programme this afternoon for both society members as well as the opportunity for all registered participants to pick up your name badge from the NCC2024 Secretariat desk from 13:00hrs.

The conference ends with lunch from 12:30 to 13:30 on Wednesday June 19th 2024.
The transfer time from the conference venue to the Bergen Airport ( BGO) is appox 45min and passengers should be at the airport 90min prior to departure. See Travel to Bergen
